A 30-minute video call, just the two of us, on whatever you find easiest — Google Meet, Zoom, Whereby, your pick.
You'll bring up your Shopify and your FreeAgent (read-only, no OAuth needed yet). I'll ask:
- What you sell, and how many orders a month roughly.
- How payouts arrive — Shopify Payments, PayPal, other gateways.
- How you've been handling reconciliation so far.
- What your bookkeeper or accountant has said about it, if applicable.
Then we'll look at one real payout together and I'll show you what Bridging Ledger would do with it. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you what I'd use instead. If it is, the next step is connecting OAuth and doing the first import together.
No commitment to anything on the call. No demo theatre.

What happens after.
There's no automated follow-up. After the call, I'll send a short personal note within a day or two — what I think the fit is, and what the next step would be if you want to move forward. If you want to think about it, the email sits in your inbox until you reply. There's no countdown timer.
